SECOND TIME AROUND

I’m 19 weeks pregnant with our second baby. My current pregnancy has been very different to the pregnancy with our first child. I have been a lot more anxious this time. My husband and I announced the pregnancy with our first baby early on and I felt much more relaxed and at ease. But this time we waited much longer before making our special news public. At times I’ve felt completely overwhelmed. I received the December & January issue of Your Pregnancy magazine as part of a gift from a fellow pregnant friend. Reading it has reassured me, relaxed me and made me feel less anxious and more excited. I was reminded of how much I enjoyed the magazine with my first pregnancy and can’t wait to buy future issues. They say every pregnancy is different and I’m experiencing that first hand, but with helpful advice, useful information and ongoing support, it’s an exciting and special journey, every time.
