This is nothing new. These animals cannot be con ned. I found spoor many times in Richards Bay and was met with ridicule, until a lm crew caught the animal on camera. These creatures are elusive and are not easily spotted. So I rest my case and as an Honorary Of cer of Ezemvelo and conservationist, I have this to say - the natural world remains unpredictable but beautiful. Caution is always advised but never think you are exempt from natural predation regardless of habitat. Love nature and be equally as cautiously respectable.
