Grantleigh spreads its wings: Expanding boarding to benefit junior learners

-

At Grantleigh, we strive to always meet the needs of our learners and, as their needs evolve, so do we. In response to demand, we will be welcoming Grades 4 to 7 learners to our boarding school in 2024.

Our boarding school has established a reputation of being a 'home away from home' for our learners.

As we prepare to welcome younger learners to our boarding school, we continue to pride ourselves on providing a warm and supportive environment for all of our boarders.

Set on a beautiful campus, our boarding school provides comfortable learning areas and fun weekend activities. We also have an on-site nurse and a well-resourced sanatorium.

Our boarding staff live on-site and ensure our learners are always carefully supervised and cared for.

Younger learners, while needing structure, also need to know they are in a safe, caring environment. Our dedicated boarding staff provide just that.

Our younger learners will be guided by not only our older learners in a family-style environment, but by our boarding staff who are well equipped to meet the needs of younger learners.

We take our role as caregivers seriously and are there to support learners through challenges like homesickness or other issues that might arise. The result will be a confident, well-adjusted young person who is ready to take on all the world has to offer.

Our learners can now move seamlessly from primary school to high school in the caring environment provided by our boarding school. This community of learners will grow and flourish together.

To learn more about our boarding school, join us at our junior sleepover and information morning on 20 and 21 October 2023. Here you will be able to see first-hand all we have to offer, and we'll be available to answer any questions you may have.

Enrolments for 2024 and 2025 are open.

Contact us at info.grantleigh@ curro.co.za or on 035 5801581 for more information or to register for the sleepover and information morning.
