Homes by SSH is one of the construction companies in the Basque Country that has been experiencing the greatest growth in recent years. Said growth is happening as the company remains true to its all-in-house philosophy, meaning that it undertakes projects from start to finish with its own, in-house team. The company’s staff includes architects, engineers, construction supervisors, interior designers, and planners who develop and build residential housing and undertake interior design, decoration, lighting, landscaping, modular architecture, separation of property, and division of property.
Homes by SSH simultaneously undertakes large projects at different places throughout Spain and France. They are currently building a set of five homes in Saint-jean-de-luz (this includes the clearing of one building), four tourist apartments in Bilbao, and one tourist apartment and two tourist homes in the center of San Sebastián, where they are also going to start the complete restoration of another building.
Additionally, they have just divided two large houses on the Paseo de la Fe Promenade of San Sebastián, turning them into five independent homes.they have also recently handed over the keys to a home on San Martín Street, completely renovated the Lasarte Notary, and injected new life into one of the most unique rationalist buildings in the Basque Country: a spectacular villa built by the renowned architect Juan de Madariaga and located in Bakio.
Valencia is another of the cities where they are undertaking many projects. In addition to building new developments, they are converting twelve apartments for tourist use, and are planning to handle the subsequent management thereof.
Last year, Homes by SSH opened a new customer service office on San Martín Street in San Sebastián.this showroom allows the company to showcase some of the pieces by the distinguished firms with which they work, such as Bang & Olufsen, the Danish audiovisual system company; Viabizzuno, the renowned Italian company that specializes in lighting projects (and which has worked on important lighting jobs like the Basilica di San Lorenzo in Florence and the Palazzo della Civilità Italiana in Rome); and Lutron, leader in home automation (as well as automation for governmental institutions like the White House in Washington). the reason for their alliance with these leading brands is to be able to build smart homes in both Spain and France.
In response to the increasing number of luxury home projects in Biscay, Homes by SSH is opening an office in Bilbao this year.this represents a new challenge for the company, which has taken up the daunting task of renovating apartments and undertaking city development by applying home automation and the most advanced technology.
