U3A Vall del Pop: Christmas Party

Over 80 U3A VdP members traveled to Moraia for their Christmas party at Casa Lili., which is a restaurant now becoming popular for its lovely food and atmosphere. The entrance to the restaurant was a wonderful Christmas scene, which certainly helped to get us all in the Christmas spirit. The tables were decorated with Christmas Crackers and chocolates and it didn’t take long for the food and entertainment to get the party into a swing. The food was delicious and served with the usual attentiveness from the Casa Lili staff.

During the evening the entertainment was provided by Mike Dennison, a local DJ, who also provided us with a Christmas Quiz.

A fund-raising raffle was also organized which raised a total of 240€ to be shared between Cancer Care and Jalon Valley Help.

A lovely evening and a great start to the festive season.
