The Javea Green Winter League are currently in 2nd slot on the League Table just behind Vistabella.

They have had 4 matches thus far, losing 4-8 points away to Emerald Isle, then a stonking 12-0 win home to Bonalba. In their last two away matches they have drawn 6-6 to both Quesada and Benitachell.

In the Federated 4’s League, Javea Green have won all 3 matches played to date in 2019, 8-0 home to El Cid, 6-2 home to Bonalba and 6-2 home to BBC.

They are currently top of the League Table, well done to all Players.

The Northern League Squads of ‘Onyx’, ‘Opal’ and ‘Quartz’ are having mixed fortunes……

ONYX have won two matches and lost two matches, they beat El Cid Swords at home by 8 points to 2 and sister squad JG Quartz at home also by 8-2, but they lost out by 2-8 points away to Bonalba Colts and went down by 4-6 points at home to JG Opal.

OPAL are having a good start to 2019 having won all 4 matches played, 10-0 points home to BBC Jaguars, 6-4 away to Finca Guila, 8-2 home to BBC Lions and finally they won away to JG Onyx by 6-4 points.

QUARTZ have sadly not yet had a win in 2019, they went down 3-7 points away to El Cid Swords, 4-6 home to BBC Tigers, 2-8 away to JG Onyx and finally 4-6 points home to Bonalba Steeds.

Meanwhile in ‘The Healthy Lifestyle’ Mixed Winter Triples Competition at the end of Week 7 it is team ‘Manada De Lobos’ who are leading the pack with a magnificent 14 points and shots of 69, they are as yet unbeaten. Coming in second are ‘Chicachico’ who with 6 wins and 1 lost to their credit have 12 points with shots of 78 to their name.

The ‘Mavericks’ also have 12 points but shots of 74 see them in third place in the rankings.

With only 2 more weeks of play it seems unlikely that ‘Manada de Lobos’ can be caught, though there is still a fight on for 2nd and 3rd places as ‘Chicachico’ and ‘Mavericks’ have to play each other in Week 9.
