Teulada-Moraira Fishing Club

On February 13 , we held match 20 of our winter season on section E2 of the river Jucar. Weather conditions were exceptionally good, bright sunshine reflected of off the smooth surface of the river – a day for upin-the-water fishing.

As this was the last match of our winter league final placing in the league table were at stake. With 103 points in the bag Vic Wills was unassailable in first position however, 2nd place standing at 93 points, 3rd at 90 and 3rd at 89, leaned towards a dramatic climax to the season, and so it proved to be. At the end of the match, with the scores in, the three members concerned ended up on exactly the same total point’s score.
