On Easter Sunday, April 21, the NAC Denia (www.nacdenia.com) celebrates an extraordinary Easter celebration: First an exciting Easter service takes place at 10am, with many musical presentations, soloists and ensembles.

Afterwards pizzas will be offered, with drinks and cakes. During the meal the famous guitarist from Cuba plays and sings, Inti, and piano music plays in the background to the coffee... so all senses are addressed at this special celebration, for young and old, simply everything that belongs to a real Easter celebration.

In most cases, one only pays attention to the back when it starts to hurt and thus leaves noticeable problems behind. With massages, vertebrae or pain relieving medication, the pain is then combated or finally tolerated that the back is simply bent with increasing age. The burden of life then rests on the cross. It is said that a person begins to age when his back stiffens. A crooked back, hanging shoulders, a shuffling gait and you look ten years older. The body posture often expresses a person's emotional state and in many cases you can already see a depressed mood from a distance. Therefore it is very important to pay more attention to the back and not only when it starts to hurt.

The NAC (www.nac-denia.com) organises in the context of its FORUM meetings on Friday, April 26 at 7pm an exciting lecture with the wellknown author Ursula Summ, which reports on the art of staying young for a long time.
