The Premier League clubs have been spending weeks making preliminary arrangements for there start of the League campaign and they have now agreed to have a new provisional return date for the 2 0 1 9 -2 0 season of Wednesday June 17 provided that safety requirements are in place.

This is good news for the Alfaz Fantasy Football League which will resume as soon as the Aston Villa vs Sheffield United and Manchester City vs Arsenal games take place on the June 17, two days before a full fixture list at the week end.

Well with everything at a standstill, in the last few week s we have been taking a look at all the likely winners in this season' s A. F. F. L. so I thought it would be a good idea to turn the spotlight onto the other end of the tables and check out the teams most likely to collect the Wooden Spoon sat the end of the season.

Down at the very foot of the main league, Bob' s team, The Strike rs are in deep trouble 58 points adrift of Gil' s Ki pp ax and Lyn' s Hand brake City. Bob' s team have been over the trap door for the last 1 0 week s and in fairness I can't see him getting out of the hole he has dug for himself. H is only chance of avoiding the drop is if Spur' s Harry Kane comes back firing on all cylinders.

The team propping everybody else up in our Golden Boot League is Mark Carter' s Tory

Boys United, who are just 8 points away from The Strike rs. Two other teams are involved in the relegation battle and they are Kim' s Ginger United and Mark Re es Inter Rubber, both managers are Manchester United fans which reflects in their team selection, with Kim having chose 10 Red Devils while Mark picked 9. There is only 24 points between the bottom 4 so it could be a close finish.

Probably one of the best performances so far this season has come from Romeo' s side My Dad Supports Liverpool, who found themselves early in the season 55 points behind William and Henry 2 at the bottom of our Junior League, but now in reversal of fortunes they now find themselves 20 points in front of bottom club Harrison' s Bo dens Boys. Liverpool' s Virgil Van Dijk (106 pts) and Spurs Korean striker Son (109 pts) were instrumental in getting them out of trouble by clocking up 215 pt sb et we en them.

Two teams are standing shoulder to shoulder at the bottom of our F. A. Cup League, Mac au le y' sRo us Re us and Chris' s Dy son DC 11 are both on 7 points which is 1 point below Craig' s Du tc hy Saints. Norwich' sPuk ki could help save Chris' s Dy son DC 11 if he can recapture his early season form when he was banging goals in for fun.

The problem with the F. A. Cup League you never know which players will be rested, but I have a feeling that most managers will pick their strongest line-up available with a semifinal place up for gr abs. August 1 st is pencilled in for the C up Final which is one week after the Premier League should be finished( fingers crossed ).

In our Mark Carter Ladies section, we have a tight situation at the bottom, with only one point seperating Gil' s Ki pp ax and Lyn' s Hand brake City. The return of Spur' s Harry Kane could be piv otable in the final stages for Lyn' s team but then again Gil' s team could benefit from Manchester City' s flying win ger Leroy Sane, who has yet to kick a ball in this season' s Premier League. Whatever happens we are sure to have a nail biting finish.

Gil' s Ki pp axis also involved with another relegation battle in our Champion of Champions League, this time they are tussling with Luna' s Liver Birds who currently have as lender 14 point advantage above them. The Liver Birds have selected the entire Arsenal defence, so they will be hoping foe a clean sheet when the Gunners take on the Blades in the F. A. Cup Quarter Final at Bra mall Lane.

So it looks like football is coming back , a lot sooner than a lot of us imagined it would and if we can continue with zero positive tests amongst the participants perhaps we will all feel safer about the health of the Players. So lets hope everything goes well as we move towards the end of the Season.
