Albir Anglicans

Last sunday saw the recommencement of most of our chaplaincies services.

In Albir we welcomed a congregation of 18. It was a really lovely service led by Fr Robin. OK , so, yes, it was different and will be for some time. However, gradually as certain restrictions are lifted we will start to get back to the new normal. Nevertheless it was great to see people face to face. With ‘elbow’ greetings! Masks were worn throughout and social distancing was strictly observed. Five of the Sunday congregations held services this week. You are very welcome to join us in Albir. However, at the moment it would be helpful to know if you intend to come simply for spacing the right number of chairs. You can contact me (Elaine) on 636 164 467.

A service of Holy Communion is held in Albir every Sunday at 9.45am. You can find us in the centre of Albir, turn up the main road hill, Camino de la Cantera, (quite near the Consum Supermarket), signposted Rober Palas Hotel, turn right in front of the hotel and the Church (Norwegian Seaman’s Church) is just inside the next road on the left, Carrer Mart. ALSO every Thursday at 11.00am at the Forum Mare Nostrum, Alfaz del Pi we have a service of Holy Communion. The second Thursday of each month is a healing service.
