CHARITIES in Torrevieja can now apply for grants of up to €50,000 from the town hall to subsidise the cost of their activities in 2019.

A total fund of €412,647.50 has been made available for not-for-profit associations that work in the following areas: helping families that are ‘at risk’ or facing social exclusion; helping families with young children; helping women and promoting equal opportunities; helping differently abled people; helping people in dependent situations; and people with drug or other addictive disorders.
