Four injured when balcony railings give way

TWO adults and two children suffered serious injuries after falling from a firstfloor balcony on a Dénia urbanisation.

Paramedics were summoned at around 15.00 on Monday when the railings gave way on the terrace of an apartment block. A woman aged 50, a man of 51 and a 14yearold boy sustained wounds described as ' serious but not lifethreatening'. Another boy, aged 11, is said to have ' minor injuries', with no suspected fractures.
