Fashion fundraiser
BAR Carmens at El Chaparral commercial centre in Torrevieja hosted a fashion show in aid the San José Obrero orphanage on Saturday, October 10.
The event was organised by Ken and Lyn Adams in collaboration with Loulabelle Fashions and Gifts, and raised the great sum of € 701.
Tickets for the event, which were € 6 including afternoon tea, sold out within a few days of being released.
There was also a raffle with wonderful prizes donated by local businesses,
for which Lyn and Ken would like to say a big thank you.
The next Carmens Bar fashion show in aid of the orphanage takes place on Saturday, November 21 at 14.00.
Tickets are € 6 each and include afternoon tea.
