Today, where there are very few educational institutions that provide real Sri Lanka education methods that meet world standards, Wijeya Graphics was able to launch courses in different areas in the country, like short-term and longterm courses. These include certificate, higher certificate and diploma courses.

In 2005, Wijeya Graphics was able to expand its services in directing students for better career prospects when it lunched the Diploma in Multimedia course, a two-year course conducted simply and with unlimited practical sessions.

Thus, Wijeya Graphics has been able to provide fully-trained personnel to the present job market. Wijeya Graphics has been able to be in collaboration with a wide range of state as well as private sector companies. Not only that a lot of mass media companies seek for qualified and affluent people from this institution.

Wijeya Graphics has started a job bank via www.wijeyagraphics.com/jobs. You can log into the above website and find the best and qualified person very much suitable to your task.

The aim of moulding professional- ism is not that easy. To provide the most suitable people to the competitive job market today, Wijeya Graphics has launched a further step through ‘Way to Professionalism’, which is guided by most qualified and famous professionals in Sri Lanka and overseas.

It is important that students learn their tactics and hints in being a successful professional. This programme is held monthly at the BMICH and through these workshops students of Wijeya Graphics all over the country will benefit.

Wijeya Graphics launched this first workshop recently with 600 students at BMICH under the guidance of a wellknown professional and photographer Meesha Gunawardhane. At this valuable event, Meesha demonstrated how to take wedding photographs, lighting techniques and how to take photographs for commercials and advertising purposes.

Bridal dressing and make-up techniques were demonstrated and explained by Shiromi, Yureni Noshika and Naradha Thotagamuwa. Camera equipment and their technology were explained by Ajantha Waththalagedara with the assistance of CameraHub.

With a wide scope of knowledge, students of Wijeya Graphics show their talents wherever they go. To make them efficient and eminent professionals, Wijeya Graphics is on the verge of arranging another programme and workshop on multimedia very soon.
