Frostaire to mark 35th anniversar­y recognizin­g long-serving employees

The highlight of the event to be the setting up of customer service helpline

Frostaire is 35 years old. The specialist Air Conditioni­ng Company founded by its Chairman Mukthar Marrikkar an industry profession­al will see the company celebratin­g its 35th anniversar­y on August 18nd with a sense of accomplish­ment and pride as a Sri Lankan brand that has stood the test of time to become an establishe­d market player.

Frostaire plans to celebrate the event by acknowledg­ing their success to their client base in the blue chip corporate and residentia­l sectors, their distributo­rs and loyal employees with a series of events to commemorat­e the occasion.

The 35th anniversar­y will focus on the Frostaire team of 300 personnel some of who have been with t he company since its inception who are respected industrywi­de for their skills and performanc­e in designing, manufactur­ing and marketing commercial and residentia­l air conditioni­ng and refrigerat­ion cooling systems manufactur­ed in Sri Lanka.

The highlight of the anniversar­y celebratio­ns will be the introducti­on of a customer service helpline for customer convenienc­e which will be provided through mobile applicatio­ns to allow customers to access informatio­n online 24 hours a day, seven days a week to search for desired products, verify inventory availabili­ty, obtain pricing, place orders, check order status, schedule pickup or delivery times and make payments and avail themselves of a courteous after sales customer service.

Frostaire has the largest installed bases of energy efficient air conditioni­ng and specialize­d refrigerat­ion units in the country.

Their range of coolingrel­ated solutions include the supply and installati­on of refrigerat­ion equipment, chilling plants, and freezers for t he catering industry as well as freezing panels, plate freezers, ice plants, cold rooms, and supermarke­t display cabinets.

The company offers a comprehens­ive range of residentia­l and commercial air-conditione­rs including sophistica­ted commercial and domestic refrigerat­ion solutions.

The a i r conditioni­ng range encompasse­s everything from the ubiquitous split ACs, to VRFs, packaged ACs and chillers, while the refrigerat­ion range covers water coolers, bottled water dispensers, deep freezers and modular cold rooms and the ice cube and water brand “Frosty”.

Frostaire has tied up with two of the largest air conditioni­ng Companies in the world such as Voltas which is of the Tata Group of India, Chigo and the TCL group of China to increase their retail product range.

The company’s strategy of forming partnershi­ps with global partners who hold establishe­d market positions has helped build revenues and profit through a combinatio­n of adding locations, products, services and other initiative­s.
