Commercial Credit strengthens customer care arm with Avonet Technologies

Avonet Technologies (Pvt) Ltd recently announced a partnership with Commercial Credit & Finance PLC.

The alliance comes following Commercial Credit’s move to strengthen its call centre and sales division with state-of-theart customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.

Avonet’s cutting-edge CRM solution, AFFINITI, is a fully fledged industryspecific solution that encapsulates the latest technology, industry best practices, powerful platform and user-friendly interface. AFFINITI comprises five highly cohesive modules that are tailored and matched to suit specific organisational requirements. AFFINITI was deployed at two major operations at Commercial Credit – call centre and sales management system. The Activity Tracker provides complete history of time and effort utilised on each account. In addition, Sales Canvas’ userfriendly interface offers a barrage of other solutions to sales agents enabling them to be at the top of their game at all times.
