DIMO launches Tyre & Battery Mobile Service
Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO) recently introduced another initiative to bring convenience to the doorstep of its customers. ‘DIMO Tyre & Battery Mobile Service’ is a solution that caters to the public who are in need of roadside assistance within the Colombo municipal areas.
This hassle-free convenient service is available 24-hours and on all days of the week. A fully equipped pickup and a driver cum technician are always available to assist drivers needing roadside assistance. The staff have been trained on all types of tyres and batteries. Services rendered through DIMO Tyre & Battery Mobile service include: battery jump start, battery testing, air inflation, replacement of spare wheel in the event of a tyre puncture, sale of car batteries and tyre puncture repairs. Customers could call DIMO Tyre & Battery Mobile Service through the 24-hour dedicated hotline and obtain these services.
The launch of the DIMO Tyre & Battery Mobile Service took place recently at DIMO 800 – Mercedes-benz Centre in the presence of DIMO Chairman Ranjith Pandithage, DIMO CEO Gahanath Pandithage, State Trading Corporation Chairman Dr. A.M. Jameel, DIMO Director Channa Weerawardena and DIMO Tyres GM Roshan Serasinghe.
Membership to the DIMO Tyre & Battery Mobile Service includes: free 24-hour roadside assistance, special discounts on DIMO tyres, batteries and select other products marketed by DIMO (Osram, BOSCH Automotive products, Kent products).
