Twenty five schools for under 15 cager

Twenty five schools have confirmed their participation for the All Island under 15 boys ‘A’ division basketball championships that is due to commence on Friday, April 28. The teams have been divided into the following groups. Group ‘A’:ST. Joseph’s College, Colombo, Mahinda College, Kingswood College, AIS and Lyceum, Wattala. Group ‘B’: Maris Stella College, CIS, Colombo, OKI International, Azhar Central College and British School. Group ‘C’:gateway College, Kandy, Royal Institute, S. Thomas’ College, Royal College and P.D.S/ Kularatne. Group ‘D’: St. Peter’s

College, St. Joseph’s, Enderamulla, Lyceum International, Panadura, Gateway, Colombo and St. Anne’s College.

The matches will be played at the following venues: Group ‘A’ - St. Joseph’s College, Colombo 10. Group ‘B’ -British School in Colombo;

Group ‘C’ - Royal College; Group ‘D’ - St. Peter’s College.

The quarter finals will be played at St. Joseph’s and St. Peter’s on Tuesday, May 2, while the semi-finals, Consolation and Final will be played on Wednesday, May 3 at St. Peter’s College.
