M.Z. Johar boots Expolanka Freight to win over LB Finance

In a mercantile ‘A’ Division football match between two well matched sides, where no quarter was asked nor given, centre forward M.Z. Johar booted Expolanka Freight to a 1-0 win over L B Finance ‘A’ at the City League grounds,colombo.

In the first session of the game, despite repeated attacks by the forwards,the defenders of both sides held firm.

After the turnaround it was only when the sun was descending on Colombo that Johar opened a gap in the LB Finance defence to boot the solitary goal of the game to give Expolanka the win.
