Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation positions Salesforce in Leaders Quadrant

Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world’s No.1 CRM company, announced that for the 10th consecutiv­e year, Salesforce has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. as a Leader in the August 2016 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA).

Salesforce is named a Leader for SFA based on completene­ss of vision and ability to execute for its Sales Cloud Lightning solution.

Gartner defines SFA as applicatio­ns that “automate the sales activities, processes, and administra­tive responsibi­lities for an organizati­on’s sales profession­als. Core capabiliti­es include account, contact and opportunit­y management, pipeline management, and sales forecastin­g. Additional (noncore) capabiliti­es that are often a part of SFA offerings include lead management, content management, guided selling, quote management, territory management, partner relationsh­ip management (PRM) and analytics.”
