We have clients who continue to work with us even if they move companies or change careers as they have the confidence in us to deliver value through our various corporate solutions.”

Speaking about his key to success, Stefan added, “Our organisation culture is to work hard and play harder. I ensure our staff enjoy their work and that each individual is passionate about what they do. This helps us as a business to add value and sustainability in what we deliver and give more than what our clients expect from our services.”

3WC Lead Consultant and Trainer Sandun Fernando also commented, “We are a house of entrepreneurship. At 3WC, we encourage innovation of ideas internally and help bring these to life. With our clients, we encourage ideas from its core culture and management teams, helping businesses to create and innovate on new visions that will take their organisations to the next level.

We have assisted many individuals and corporates who have either started from scratch or zero base and together, have gone through major business changes turning around the company towards achieving great successes. The long-term relationships we build with our clients go beyond mere business transactions, for 3WC; it’s about creating a true partnership that adds value and a testimony to our dedication and quality consultancy.”

Throughout the years the 3W group, as a credible organisation, has added several feathers to its cap. 3WC was the local partner in The Competitiveness Initiative (TCI) national project where seven industries pioneered the development of competitive strategies for each industry based on the Michael Porters Diamond Model.

3WC brought the Global Retail Academy (GRA) to Sri Lanka to uplift standards in the retail sector in 2017. 3WC together with ILO was involved in designing and launching a groundbreaking apparel industry capacity building programme, which was subsequently introduced to countries like Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia and Ethiopia.
