Millennium­it implements Oracle Sales Cloud for Capital Alliance

Millennium­it, a Platinum level partner in the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) recently implemente­d Oracle Sales Cloud; a Customer Relationsh­ip Management solution with Master Data Management Capabiliti­es for Capital Alliance Holdings Limited (CAL).

CAL is a pioneer investment banker and primary dealer with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The implementa­tion allows all subsidiari­es of CAL; Capital Alliance treasury; unit trust management; equity (capital markets); and corporate finance business the agility to downstream trading and transactio­nal informatio­n across their business platforms. The solution is designed to enhance productivi­ty and predictabi­lity through intuitive forecastin­g, improve collaborat­ion within the sales teams, streamline partner relationsh­ip management through a simplified portal, optimise sales performanc­e through automated processes, and integrate customer data management in real-time.

Oracle Sales Cloud was selected to help optimise CAL’S sales efficiency, assist their team with insightful and collaborat­ive selling, and facilitate the team’s aggressive pipeline creation while further enabling the sales force at CAL with the mobility of real time automation to update vital data on-the-go. Additional­ly, master data management has provided the organisati­on with a comprehens­ive platform that delivers consolidat­ed, consistent, and authoritat­ive master data while providing a single channel for customer on boarding, enhancing the customer and client business relationsh­ip and overall experience.
