Known to all as Joe, he is survived by Charmaine, his beloved wife and companion of 56 years, son William Rukmal (Addys), daughter Bernadine Chanuki (Shekhar), his beloved grandchildren Sasha, Sonali, Leah and Noah and family dog Cayman.
