The main focus of the seminar is to present the strategies that could be implemented for a transition of the traditional workforce to a knowledge-based one.

Today’s toughest business challenge is to find and retain the loyal, hardworking and competent employees. Over the last three decades, large companies have been adding more and more temporary or contract employees to their workforce. The Sri Lankan traditional workforce should change the ways, where the employees came to work, sat at a desk and left at the end of the day.
