Dialog partners EWIS to launch SL’S first Octa 10 Series

Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivi­ty provider, in collaborat­ion with EWIS has announced the launch of the Octa 10 Series, the first 4G, two-in-one Windows Tab available for Sri Lankan consumers.

Users can now enjoy the functional­ity of a PC, coupled with the portabilit­y of a tab in one device.

Housed in a sleek elegant design, coupled with rubber coating for optimum protection, the Octa 10 Series device, powered by Dialog’s superior 4G network, and backed by an Intel processor comes with a 10.1-inch screen with a detachable Pogo keyboard. These powerful facets give users unparallel­ed performanc­e and a superior device experience at an affordable price. Additional­ly, as EWIS is currently a strategic partner for Microsoft in Sri Lanka, consumers can enjoy a genuine Windows 10 operating system. The Octa 10 Series has capacitive multi-touch and a 1280x800 HD IPS screen display with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. This memory is expandable up to 128GB for heavy users with a long-lasting battery capacity of 6600mah, ensuring usability for extended periods of time. Users may work, play and surf without having to worry about running out of battery or storage.

Designed and assembled in Sri Lanka, the device consists of a 2MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera. For users that place emphasis on camera capabiliti­es, the Octa 10 Series does not disappoint with the capacity for high quality photograph­y. Further, it is wireless Bluetooth enabled and has a video output of HDMI 1.4A with 1080 playback and output. The device’s lightweigh­t quality, along with its two full USB ports, 3.5mm headphone jack, microphone and mini HDMI and SD card, ensures smooth and efficient connectivi­ty, on the go.

Available at all Dialog Customer Care Centres islandwide, the Octa 10 Series is priced at Rs.34,990 and comes with a one year warranty.
