MMBL Money Transfer rewards customers, sub-agents
MMBL Money Transfer (Pvt.) Ltd, a Western Union agent in Sri Lanka, rewarded three customers and 24 high-performing sub-agents with a three-night holiday trip to Malaysia, as part of its loyalty promotion.
The winners also attended a dinner hosted by MMBL Money Transfer at the company’s Aitken Spence head office in Colombo.
“The MMBL Money Transfer customer loyalty programme is our way of appreciating the customers who transact with us regularly. We are excited to reward three customers with the grand prize of a three-night stay in Malaysia, along with other gifts rewarded during the promotion,” said Aitken Spence Group Director and MMBL Money Transfer Managing Director Dinesh Mendis.
“We are also delighted to announce that 24 of our high-performing subagents were rewarded with a holiday in Malaysia, in recognition of their commitment to MMBL and Western Union. We hope to continue to reward loyal customers and agents in the future,” he added.
The promotion ran from June 15, 2017 to January 15, 2018 and the grand prize winners were selected through a raffle draw. The customers were eligible to enter the draw for every 10th Western Union money transfer transaction they received at MMBL locations.
The customers were also presented with gift items such as pens, pouches and wall clocks for every third, fifth and 10th transaction they received, respectively.
