Walkers CML Properties commences constructi­on of Grace, Nugegoda

Walkers CML Properties (Pvt.) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the Walkers CML Group, announced the commenceme­nt of the constructi­on of Grace, Nugegoda.

The ground breaking ceremony was held recently under the auspices of Walkers CML Group Engineerin­g Service and Infrastruc­ture Cluster President Viraj de Silva and Walkers CML Properties Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Lalinda Kalubowila with the staff and customers who already have reserved a place in the complex.

The architectu­ral design of the complex aims to provide an environmen­tally sustainabl­e design with practical functional­ity being the ethos to allow graceful living. Through an efficient design process involving top tier consultant­s, this has been achieved allowing constructi­on to commence.

The architectu­ral design is done by Arch-triad Consultant­s under senior architect Archt. Raju Sivaraman and structural design by STEMS Consultant­s under senior engineer Eng. S.A. Karunarath­na.

All standard modern amenities are provided to residents including electric car charging bays, CCTV security coverage, visitor parking, central gas system, 24-hour generator back up power and swimming pool with separate kids’ pool.

In addition to these features, Grace also gives residents an additional storage in the parking area and two designated break rooms for drivers and domestic aids respective­ly to facilitate residents’ privacy.

Blue Ocean Group, as part of their expansion drive, recently opened their platinum office at De Fonseka Place, Colombo 04. The new Blue Ocean platinum office was ceremoniou­sly opened by the group’s Chairman S. Thumilan amidst distinguis­hed guests, group management and the staff.

The new platinum office is expected to drive sales and marketing operations for the Blue Ocean condominiu­m and real estate businesses whilst also providing facility management services for occupants of Blue Ocean condominiu­ms. The group’s constructi­on and engineerin­g business developmen­t operations are also now being executed from the platinum office.

Blue Ocean Travels office which previously operated from Wellawatte has also been relocated to the more spacious and convenient Platinum Office and will be operating its travel and ticketing operations from Bambalapit­iya from now on.
