Tripadvisor names Singapore Airlines ‘Best in the World’

Singapore Airlines has been named this year’s ‘Best Airline in the World’ in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards for Airlines 2018.

The Airline has also been recognised in seven other categories of the awards by the international travel planning and booking site.

Winners of the Travellers’ Choice Awards for Airlines 2018 were selected based on reviews by global travellers focusing on outstanding service, quality and value. Tripadvisor uses an algorithm that takes into account the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings over a 12-month period to determine the award recipients.
