Prudential Shipping celebrates 20th anniversary; relocates to new office
Prudential Shipping recently celebrated its 20th anniversary as the ‘Beacon of the Indian Ocean’, which was the theme for its 20th year.
With a humble beginning two decades ago, the company has sailed forward navigating steadily to it’s current position as a commendable and much recognised service provider to the maritime industry in the service hub of South Asia.
Prudential provides a full range of agency and logistics services to shipping lines/operators whose vessels are calling the Ports of Sri Lankan waters (OPL), and Ports of Colombo, Trincomalee, Galle, Hambantota.
To coincide with the 20th anniversary, Prudential Shipping recently moved to their own new state-of-theart facility in down town Colombo, Rajagiriya, a booming commercial area.this five story building is aptlynamed ‘Resolute’ which truly spells out the philosophy of the company, over the 20 years and think forward dynamism ‘Forever Resolute….forever Strong’. Prudential will sail into the next decade with their vision of being the most sought after service provider in the maritime and logistics industry.
Going beyond Sri Lankan waters, Prudential Shipping offers a host of services to ships calling the port of Maldives.

Prudential celebrated the twin events of their 20th anniversary and moving into their own home recently with a simple function at Resolute along with the staff, a few key clients and friends.
