Iconic Galaxy says 50% of apartments sold within a year of launching
Iconic Developments announced that they had sold 50 percent of all apartments at their newest, soon to be completed, luxury housing project, Iconic Galaxy.
Located in Rajagiriya, the sale of half of the 261 apartments, within a span of 14 months has been the developer’s highest in the quarter, beating demand slowdown in the real estate market, according to a top company official.

Iconic Galaxy project will be completed by end of November 2021 and its home loan options are available with several leading Banks in Sri Lanka.
