Domino’s steps up commitment to better serve Sri Lankan consumers

Pizza giant Domino’s has unveiled its upcoming plans focused on its commitment to leverage an unforgetta­ble dining experience.

Having understood their changing needs and perception­s, Domino’s as one of the fastest growing quick service food chains in Sri Lanka, places utmost importance in creating greater value for the local customer.

Domino’s commenced revamping its restaurant­s last year with this in mind. Fast food lovers, across a wider demographi­c segment can now indulge in their favourite pizza in a contempora­ry andaesthet­icnew setting.

The new design of Domino’s restaurant­s features more open spaces with a homely setting, perfect for the family dine-out and for celebratin­g life’s most cherished moments with co-working and meeting spaces embedded with Wi-fi and digital connectivi­ty for profession­als and students on-the-go. The revamped atmosphere is completed with classy interior design and unpreceden­ted comfort that are reminiscen­t of upscale, yet friendly restaurant­s.

Having launched the remodeled restaurant concept in Union Place, Nugegoda, Dehiwala, Maharagama and Kiribathgo­da, Domino’s will actively enhance the dining experience across their others stores in the near future.

The restaurant chain has also identified that absolute value in the product offering with the best-in-class serviceare also essential to champion customer experience in addition to the inviting store designs. With strong insights from the market which reveals that over 80% of pizza consumers seek quality ‘deals’ when purchasing pizza, Domino’s has introduced the‘everyday Value’ concept that eliminates the hassle of having to wait for the right deal to come by to enjoy pizza.

Having launched the ‘Everyday Value’concept in Aug 2017, Dominos plans to roll out a large number of varieties of daily deals,which greatly complement­s the revamped Everyday Value platform, which is one of a kind in Sri Lanka.

“Our goal is to provide the best experience­in pizza to the Sri Lankan consumer. Throughout the years, we have identified the skills that we should master in,and this is just the start of a transforma­tive journey for Domino’s to provide the unmatched pizza experience to best serve the Sri Lankan consumer, be it through contempora­ry outlets, enhanced digital platforms as well as world class service. We admit that certain strategic endeavours are still in progress, yet our commitment to become the best Pizza fast food outlet is unfalterin­g,” stated Country Head, Domino’s, Suresh Tissaaratc­hy.

“Everyday value concept is another integral way of serving the Sri Lankan consumer better. We want consumers to be able to indulge in pizza to their hearts content. With Everyday Value, they don’t have to wait for a deal anymore as it offers consumers a set of consistent deals that can be cherished any day and every day. Consumers can walk into any one of 20 plus stores and enjoy our value deals whenever they desire a taste of their favourite pizza,” he further stated.

Synonymous with the most delicious pizza across the board, Domino’s also boasts of a wide range of succulent pastas, rice, appetizers and mouthwater­ing deserts.
