SHL partners 3M Global Channel Services to introduce healthcare product portfolio

In a bid to further strengthen its product portfolio and offer quality healthcare products to every Sri Lankan, Sunshine Healthcare Lanka (SHL) entered into a strategic partnershi­p with 3M Global Channel Services to represent its entire healthcare product portfolio in Sri Lanka.

The landmark partnershi­p was signed recently by Shankar Rao and Frederick Schiller representi­ng 3M and Shyam Sathasivam representi­ng Sunshine Healthcare Lanka.

With some of the world’s leading products in global healthcare space, 3M applies science in collaborat­ive ways to improve millions of lives daily. The company generates sales over US$ 30 billion and has more than 90,000 employees across the world, assisting 3M’s customers across the globe on a daily basis. The healthcare portfolio of 3M consists of a range of products from dental products to medical tapes, skin and wound care to surgical safety solutions and food safety and microbiolo­gy to medical devices and optical components.

With a relationsh­ip spanning 28 years with 3M Lanka, Sunshine Healthcare Lanka was distributi­ng a selected range of 3M products across Sri Lanka through SHL’S islandwide distributi­on network. With this renewed partnershi­p, which happened after the restructur­e of 3M’s Sri Lanka operations, Sunshine looks to launch innovative products for Sri Lankans and provide better healthcare options across the market.
