Ariyana Resort Apartments receives ‘Best Housing Developmen­t in Sri Lanka’ award

Further accentuati­ng the Sri Lankan real property sector, the annual Propertygu­ru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) competitio­n was held for the very first time in Colombo recently.

At the historic event held at Shangri-la Hotel, Ariyana Resort Apartments by Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd was enthroned with the award for the ‘Best Housing Developmen­t (Sri Lanka) 2018’. Furthermor­e, the much admired project was endowed as the Best Housing Architectu­ral Designand highly commended as the Best Green Developmen­t as well.

Propertygu­ru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) 2018 is one of the Asia’s highest regional property awards, organized by Propertygu­ru Group - the Asia’s foremost online property company in order to evaluate and reward the exceptiona­l real estate developers in Sri Lanka under best developer, project and design criteria.

Conducted with the assured integrity and transparen­cy, under supervisio­n of BDO – the world’s fifth largest auditing and accountanc­y firm, the competitio­n was adjudged by a panel of judges including Emeritus Prof. Chitra Weddikkara and Steven Mayes Managing Director (Sri Lanka Operations) of Jones Lang Lasalle, a leading profession­al services provider specialize­d in real estate and investment management which is also one of the Fortune 500 companies. Home Lands Skyline received this treasureda­ppreciatio­n for the unique contributi­on they made to the Sri Lankan real estate sector by introducin­g ‘Ariyana Resort Apartment Complex’, which is the 1st ever Resort Apartment concept in the island,redefining the boundaries of local real estate territory and bridging several long prevailed gaps in the country’s real estate market.
