Sky One Residences set to transform urban living

-

Colombo’s environs will gain an impressive impetus with the development of Sky-one Residences located just opposite Trace IT City on Maradana Road.

Developed by Sandal Colombo (Pvt.) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Zhong Tian Ding Hui (Pvt.) Ltd (ZTDH), the developers of The One, the tallest skyscraper in South Asia, Sky One Residences will add a contemporary 122.8 metre tower into Colombo’s continually transforming skyline.

Within this highly centralised location adjacent to every amenity the city has to offer, Sky One Residences will also have an integrated highway that links residents to the airport and other major destinations around the country.

With an infusion of US$ 1 million in equity for the project, ZTDH Chief Sales Officer Jay Dias said that the architect designed complex maximises on the natural ambience, while optimising on space.

“We offer multiple options in residences each with a panoramic view,” he said of the details of Sky One Residences. “We have a collection of six models, each unique, each different and each designed to suit individual tastes and needs. The single to three bedroom residences range from 614 square-feet to 1,700 square-feet. The five duplexes are extremely spacious and have three to four bedrooms spread across 2,067 square-feet to 2,960 square-feet.”

He added that the dual elevator system and modern amenities augment urban living, adding practical luxuries to city lifestyles. The fully air-conditioned complex houses a swimming pool, health and fitness centre, indoor sports complex, children’s play area, family party area, knowledge hub library, dedicated parking and a sophisticated surveillance and security system on par with global safety standards are all additions that enhance modern living.

“Another unique feature we have is the healing stone labyrinth, designed for holistic upliftment, especially necessary for the busy urban lifestyle,” he added.

Constructed on a land area of approximately 143 perches, Sky One Residences is billed for completion in 2021.
