ZHENG, SANDEEP, SAGEWA, MARATHE QUALIFY FOR FINAL
Baoluo Zheng of China and V. M. Sandeep of India along with Mei Ha Sagewa of Japan and Malikaa Marathe of India won their respective semi-final encounters of the ITF Junior Circuit Week-2 Tennis Tournament continued at the SLTA Courts in Green Path yesterday.
Meanwhile, in the doubles category the pair of Matthew Garcia (Philippines)/tanapatt Nirundorn (Thailand) will be looking to make a repeat when they meet the Chinese Taipei duo of Hyeoung Kim Kim/ Sunwoo Kim in the final today.
In the Girls’ Doubles the Indian pair of Archita Mahalwal and Akshya Suresh will meet Chui Kei Leung (Hong Kong) and Christa Wirahadipoernomo (Indonesia) in the final today.

Boys’ – Baoluo Zheng (China) beat Rudra Kapoor (India) 6-1, 6-1). V. M. Sandeep (India) beat Tim Thomas Gauntlett (Hong Kong) 6-0, 6-3.
Girls’ – Mei Ha Segawa (Japan) beat Chandrika Joshi (India) 6-3, 6-0. Malikaa Marathe (India) beat Akshya Suresh (India) 6-1, 6-1.
