NDB marks International Customer Service Week
NDB celebrates the ‘International Customer Service Week’ that is held during the first week of October, recognizing the importance of customer service, enhancing the service culture and appreciating staff members who have gone out of their way to serve a customer.
Accordingly, NDB has introduced a host of exciting offers to customers across the branch network during the first week of October. The Customer Service week is an international event celebrated in over 60 countries devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honouring the individuals who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
This year, the International Customer Service Week is celebrated under the theme ‘Excellence Happens Here’.
The theme recognizes the space in which customers and service professionals come together, from the call centre to the executive suite, from the security personnel to the teller counter, from support units to frontline. Where service happens is where excellence happens.
Customer service means going above and beyond to keep your customers happy, it could even be answering a simple query that they may have or resolving issues with a positive attitude and NDB has always been a customer-centric organisation, revolving the bank’s product development around the customer’s wants and needs.
