Pulsar Dareventure grand finale goes on-air

The grand finale of Sri Lanka’s first-ever motorcycle adventure reality show, ‘Pulsar Dareventure’, was telecast on ITN on October 20, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Pulsar Dareventure, which was presented by David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited, the largest motor company in Sri Lanka and sole distributor for Bajaj products, received an extraordinary response from the motorcycle enthusiasts around the country and turned out to be one of the most popular local reality shows that has been aired in Sri Lanka. Fifteen riders, who competed with each other for eight weeks of diverse and exciting rounds, head for the grand finale. The riders were selected from an initial pool of 100, selected from 5,000 applications. The winner took home a brand-new Pulsar 200NS motorcycle, while the second prize winner received a Pulsar 160NS. Likewise, the third prize winner received a 135LS motorcycle. In addition, many other awards such as best Bike Soccer team were presented.

The Pulsar Dareventure competition was judged by a panel of well-known personalities including champion rider Maduranga Caldera, Cricketer Chamara Kapugedara and Wing Commander Harischandra Herath.
