Champika Exporters celebrates 4 decades of quality and uninterrupted service

-

Champika Exporters, which is one of the oldest foreign recruiting agencies of the island, celebrates 40 years of uninterrupted, genuine and dedicated service for the muchneeded people who seek foreign employment.

Speaking on this historical occasion, Managing Director Thilak Gunawardane said that he would be highly satisfied with this performance started by his father Lionel Gunawardane in 1979.

He recalls fond memories he has as a teenager at the time of the beginning of Champika Exporters in Colombo.

He further says it is not that easy to continue any foreign recruiting agency with the responsibilities and customer protection for such a long period.

Champika Exporters is among the very few foreign agencies which have survived both financially and quality towards making the customer satisfaction for a period of four decades.

Champika Exporters became the first agency recently for recruiting more than 200 people to Turkey, which according to Thilak Gunawardane, is a landmark.

As a conclusion, Thilak Gunawardane said they have given thousands of employment opportunities to people in Sri Lanka in the Middle East and Europe and they are satisfied in helping the Sri Lankan government to earn foreign exchange to the country, which is a dire need at this critical moment.
