-

The supermarket chain of Laugfs Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd is the latest to join the popular welfare scheme owned and managed by CH17 exclusively for employees and staff in the mercantile and corporate sectors.

Perks at Work, Nucleus Loyalty, Ransalu Privilege are three of the popular programmes implemented by CH17 Loyalty for staff and employees in different sectors that play crucial roles for the economy.

In 2013, the company launched its iconic welfare scheme exclusively for the workforce in the apparel sector. Today nearly 115,000 employees, majority of them belong to the skill-set of this industry enjoy year round privileges and benefits from a number of retailers of consumer brands contracted by CH17 Loyalty.

Explaining the concept, CH17 Loyalty Founder and CEO Jumar Preena said: “We have introduced to the market a single card that allows the holder to enjoy multiple benefits and facilities from a number of retail outlets throughout the country. This is a unique concept and a first in the market. Our task is to engage as many retailers as possible across multiple retail chain on to a single loyalty platform. They are selected based on demand by the membership and the brands popularity.”

Jumar further explained that in today’s situation the consumer’s wallet is filled with different loyalty/privilege cards issued by various retailers and service providers. “They are bulky and most of the time occupy the space meant for other important cards like the NIC, DL, Health Card and importantly cash. Frequency of usage of these retailer’s privilege cards are very low as well. So we came up with this idea of introducing a single card for multiple use, co-opting all the popular and important retailers into our system,” Jumar explained.

“CH17 Loyalty Cards are issued only to the corporates and are not available for the general public. We know our membership, who they are and where they come from. That’s where true loyalty between the seller and buyer is established,” he further added. “We are delighted that Laugfs Supermart have joined our vast retail network and have been generous in their offers to our card holders. Laugfs Supermart is quite unique in its own way. Customer friendly service and quality of their products are two of their core strengths, which are essential to win customers.”

Laugfs Supermart CEO Murad Rahimdeen thanked CH17 Loyalty for inviting them to partner with this unique corporate loyalty scheme and promised to offer many more benefits to CH17 cardholders. He announced that the company hopes to expand its outlets in the coming months so as to reach out to more consumers in different areas.
