Seylan Bank strengthen­s Internet banking services with Soft Token app

With a vision to offer secure and convenient digital banking experience, Seylan Bank has improved its Internet banking services with the launch of its latest Soft Token applicatio­n.

Equipped with a host of features, the Soft Token applicatio­n enables Internet banking users to generate their own one-time password to carry out Internet banking transactio­ns in a frictionle­ss and hassle-free manner.

In addition, the new Soft Token applicatio­n can be used in an offline environmen­t, there by offering users the ultimate convenienc­e by eliminatin­g the hassle of waiting for an SMS.

Commenting on the product launch, Seylan Bank PLC Digital Banking Channels Head Chami Senewiratn­e said, “Today, emerging technologi­es have changed the way people bank. Customers are now looking for convenienc­e in whatever they do. The Seylan Soft Token applicatio­n can be downloaded via App Store and Play Store for IOS and Android mobile devices. The bank has also conducted special promos and draws to promote the use of Internet banking to its customers.
