Pacvac partners Sanichem to introduce Pacvac Backpack Vacuum Cleaners to local market

Pacvac, a market-leader profession­al vacuum cleaner market partnered with Sanichem (Pvt.) Ltd to introduce the popular Pacvac Backpack Vacuum Cleaners to Sri Lankan market.

Addressing the launch in Colombo last week, Pacvac Sales Head Graeme Trebley highlighte­d that Pacvac Backpack Vacuum Cleaner would assist Sri Lanka to increase the productivi­ty in cleaning as it saves both time and money for the customer, which is three times more productive than convention­al vacuum cleaners.

He pointed out the backpack vacuums has an accuracy of cleaning a surface area of 676 square-metres per hour on average which is considerab­ly high compared to canister vacuums which has only an average accuracy of 232 square-metres per hour while upright vacuums averages to a 208 squaremetr­es per hour.

Pacvac’s commercial backpack vacuum cleaners considered to be the profession­al cleaning industry’s number one choice for high performanc­e products.

Trebley said that the lightweigh­t backpacks are designed to fit all body shapes providing optimal comfort while it features high level filtration focusing on the convenienc­e of the user and achieving higher performanc­e.

The product comes in with two year warranty on body and motor while the battery version of the product also includes of one year warranty on batteries and charger. Furthermor­e, he noted that Pacvac’s continuous efforts focused on achieving ultimate ‘wearable’ comfort and durability, as well as creating productivi­ty gains and delivering significan­t cost reductions.

Illustrati­ng the higher productivi­ty Pacvac Backpack Vacuum Cleaners brings to corporates, he said that utilisatio­n of backpack vacuums would bring in 26 productivi­ty hours per week for firms and it would further help to save Rs.3,250 a week per worker on wages compared to an upright vacuum, based on an estimated wage of Rs.125 per hour.

Pacvac has a diverse clientele ranging from single users to various commercial users such as profession­al janitorial service providers, warships, airlines.

Pacvac products are already available in India. Sri Lanka was the second South Asian country which Pacvac setup a distributi­on channel by partnering with Sanichem (Pvt.) Ltd.

Trebley said that Pacvac is also in the process of aggressive­ly expanding into other countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia.

Over the period, Pacvac has become one of a most sought-after brand globally, in particular for as the most sought after backpack vacuum cleaner brand.
