The four-day International Conference will see yoga practicals, yoga competitions and a yoga conference to be held from 9th to 12th February at the National Institute of Sports Science.

The conference and preconference workshops will be participated by at least one hundred Indian yoga practitioners, together with local yoga practitioners, gurus and students of yoga. There are several different activities arranged, which makes this international conference unique.

Themes such as yoga for sports and health, yoga as a therapeutic modality, neuropathy, diet and ayurveda, education and the global recognition of yoga will be discussed in various sub forums. The pre-conference workshop would be held on 9th and 10th February, which is exclusively reserved for pranayama, which is focusing on the breadth and the benefits one could get in practicing simple pranayamas on a daily basis.

We welcome you all to this innovative event.
