People’s Bank offers digital personal loans at Union Place branch
The Digital Unit of People’s Bank’s Union Place branch was recently declared open by CEO/ General Manager of People’s Bank Vasantha Kumar.
Customers can apply for Digital Personal Loans and obtain approval at the new Digital Unit with the help of latest technology. It’s also significant that the new loan scheme ‘People’s Wiz Credit’ minimizes waiting time considerably while delivering a speedy service for personal loans.
In a bid to simplify the mechanism of loan processing, People’s Bank took a revolutionary step in introducing a highly efficient Digital Personal Loan scheme based on Retail Loan Origination System (RLOS) in conjunction with the opening of People’s Bank’s Maharagama Branch at its new premises. The Digital Unit at People’s Bank’s Union Place Branch is the second of its kind to launch this special loan scheme.
The new eco-friendly Digital Unit enables zero paper consumption and provides a host of services including opening of digital accounts, mobile banking and internet banking, in addition to facilitating deposit and withdrawal of cash as well as payment of utility bills conveniently and quickly.
