Marina launches powdered coconut milk in Colombo

Marina powdered coconut milk, the latest special addition to the Marina family was recently launched in Colombo.

The specialty of this product is, this being the only vegetarian product manufactur­ed in Sri Lanka free of any animal milk fat, Lactose and Sodium Caseinate which ensures health security.

Marina powdered coconut milk has been introduced as a health secured product free of any artificial chemical additives, colourings, MSG, Gluten and Sodium Caseinate as a result of years of research.

Marina powdered coconut milk is produced through the preservati­on of fresh coconut milk of highest quality, using 100 percent local coconuts compatible to the required qualities and standards.

Marina powdered coconut milk is another product that goes beyond the quality and standard requiremen­ts that can be enjoyed by all family members, further fulfilling the Marina promise.

Marina powdered coconut milk is available in the market in packs of 150 grams, 300 grams and 800 grams and is ideal for the preparatio­n of local foods such as milk rice, making curries, desserts and even to make a drink such as smoothies. Coconut milk have become a popular fat source day after day owing to the health benefits it contains. As it is a plant based milk, the vegetarian­s use this as a substitute to animal milk.
