Visitors, especially foreign delegations from global Caterpillar offices have been interested in acquiring knowledge on UTE’S technician career development process (TCDP) implementation, primarily in managing the skills development of technicians when not engaged in operations.

The facility’s use of advanced technology including the training lab equipment’s such as the generator simulator panel with the latest EMCP 4.4 control panel, the hydraulic simulator panel and its latest addition the DIEF generator synchronisation panel drew praise and also marked interest.
