NDB staff ‘ride the waves’ at Negombo Lagoon

Celebrating the first official corporate event of the year, the staff of National Development Bank PLC (NDB) gathered at Jetwing Lagoon, Negombo for an evening full of fun water sports and a night of dancing.

The evening dubbed Splash, was the first event of the year 2019, organised by the NDB Staff Recreational Club.

The bank staff participated in a number of water sports activities including jetskiing and boat rides prior to a night of fireworks and dancing.

The NDB Staff Recreational Club often organises such events in order to encourage the bank’s employees and at times even their spouses and families to be part of the bank via its many recreational activities. The bank’s ultimate goal is to ensure employee satisfaction to the maximum and the NDB SRC plays a major role in ensuring this.
