Satynmag.com launches app with Dialog Ideamart
Satynmag, Sri Lanka’s well-known women’s magazine that commenced in print in 1998 went online as Sri Lanka’s first-ever totally digital women’s magazine in 2013. Today, the magazine maintains a vibrant presence online and engages with female audiences by sharing empowering content in career development, entrepreneurship, lifestyle and related areas.
In keeping with its core objective of empowering women everywhere, Satynmag recently celebrated a milestone in its journey by launching its very own app with the Dialog Ideamart team. “We have come a long way from the time when as a women’s magazine in print, Satyn reached female audiences in the traditional way,” said Satynmag Founder Editor Nayomini R. Weerasooriya.
“Today, as an online edition that reaches a wide audience, we understand just how technology has transformed the world and engagement with our readership across segments has increased tremendously.”
The Satynmag app created by Dialog Ideamart is also an ideal occasion to celebrate the opportunity to reach out to female audiences seeking empowering content, said Dialog Axiata Ideamart Senior Manager Roshanth Gardiarachchi.
