PEGASUS GETS TA AWARD

Sri Lanka’s much loved city resort Pegasus Reef Hotel has received the highly coveted Certificate of Excellence for 2019 by the world’s largest travel site Trip Advisor. With no application process, Trip Advisor honours deserving recipients based on a sustained high overall rating of 4 or 5 over the past year. This puts Sri Lanka’s Pegasus Reef Hotel in the category of 10% of the top-rated global hospitality businesses on Trip Advisor for 2019 for delivering consistently great service.

Trip Advisor determines the recipients by using a foolproof algorithm that takes into account the quality, quantity, and recency of user reviews, as well as the hotel’s tenure on the Trip Advisor site. Additionally, Trip Advisor also takes into consideration any content integrity issues, animal welfare policies, and / or fraudulent activity associated with the hotel listing.
