Healthrecon Connect was recently recognised as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year.
The certification places Healthrecon Connect in a class of its own, validating its commitment towards sustainable people management practices. Still in its third year of operations, Healthrecon Connect has improved and enhanced on the solid foundation of people practices driven by the company values or ‘CREDO’.

Great Place To Work Institute conducts the largest annual research study aimed at identifying, recognising, learning from and spreading best practices of organisations that achieve business objectives by being great workplaces. Participating organisations are assessed through two lenses– the employee perspective- gauged through a survey questionnaire and the managerial perspective – gauged through a comprehensive audit of practices and policies covering the lifecycle of an employee in the organisation.
