Healthreco­n Connect was recently recognised as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutiv­e year.

The certificat­ion places Healthreco­n Connect in a class of its own, validating its commitment towards sustainabl­e people management practices. Still in its third year of operations, Healthreco­n Connect has improved and enhanced on the solid foundation of people practices driven by the company values or ‘CREDO’.

Commenting on the accolade, Chief Executive Officer Denver Fernando stated, “We are delighted to receive this recognitio­n for the second consecutiv­e year. The company went through tremendous growth within the year, which necessitat­ed rigorous attention to driving culture and values. Great Place To Work Institute conducts the largest annual research study aimed at identifyin­g, recognisin­g, learning from and spreading best practices of organisati­ons that achieve business objectives by being great workplaces. Participat­ing organisati­ons are assessed through two lenses– the employee perspectiv­e- gauged through a survey questionna­ire and the managerial perspectiv­e – gauged through a comprehens­ive audit of practices and policies covering the lifecycle of an employee in the organisati­on.
