Tharanga Land Sales wins Gold at MASSCO biz awards
Tharanga Land Sales (Pvt) Ltd, one of the leading property sales companies in Sri Lanka, was the proud winner of a Gold Award at MASSCO Business Excellence awards 2019.
The annual event was recently held at Hotel Ramada, Colombo with Minister Champika Ranawaka participating as the chief guest.
Tharanga Land Sales has been a trusted name in the property sales sector for over 20 years with customers satisfaction on top. The company’s head office is located at Kottawa while a branch is in Galle.
The founder Chairman Bandula Karunaratne is a management special graduate of the University of Sri Jayawardanapura. With a staff over 80 employees Tharanga Land Sales has a number of accolades to its pride including Shramabhimani Award, Gold Awards from MASSCO in 2017 and 2018.
Tharanga Land Sales currently offers valuable plots of lands from Kaduwela, Kiribathgoda, Homagama, Gampaha, Kesbewa, Galle and Matara. According to the management, the positive responses received from those who bought lands from the company over the years is the biggest achievement of them.
